Ordinarily I love this lip balm, but the last order I received smelled and tasted rancid. The batch # on the box was BO161661Z. Beware if you receive a foul tasting product with this number on it! I had bought ten tubes and had to throw them all out. Amazon was very good about refunding my money and didn't require me to return the item. Excellent service from Amazon, but a tainted product. February 10 update: tried another order and got another shipment of rancid product. This time there was a different number on the box. I will not try again, and do not recommend this item.
