I recommended Omega 8006 to all my friends and 4 of them end up buying it based on my recommendations, this is how much we loved it... Until screen cracked. Customer service is NO WAY TO BE FOUND.. Emails, phone calls.... just voice in the desert. Such a shame. One other thing i have noticed-small blades of the auger got worn off so bad that i might have to go and purchase a new one too, so for the Auger and the new screen i am going to end up paying about $110 that should be covered under warranty... Well i am moving my business away from this cowards and won't spend half of the price for the whole juicer for those 2 parts
