This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. Keep in mind, I spent three days driving though Iraq once. There is absolutley no lumbar support. The reclining lever is in an awkward position. I am 6' tall and although the neck pillow is comfortable (the only thing worth a star), it is positioned too low. I had to rig a way to get it higher. After a week, I can only sit in this for a couple minutes before I have to get up. Had to lay foam padding on the leg rest and a chair pad in order to sit longer than a couple minutes. Do Not Buy this. Maybe if you are under 150 pounds, it might be okay.
