I am a fan of Nespresso coffee, I have the small espresso machine that I so enjoy. I bought the Vertuo Coffee thinking it would be of the same quality. The coffee itself is great, creamy frothy when brewed. But it is delivered warm...just warm not hot and if you even think of putting cream in it you better get it in the microwave. Very dissapointing indeed. I don't care about the cost of the pods if it was just a good hot cup of coffee. I'm sending it back and hoping that Nespresso fixes this problem with an upcoming unit.
