This alarm clock stopped working 2 months after I got it. I wrote a negative review on this. Customer service reached out to me and offered to refund my purchase and send me a new alarm clock. So far the clock is working as it should. This is a great clock because it is simple to set and use. The alarm is plenty loud enough to wake you without giving you a heart attack!! I give all the credit in the world to this company's customer service. I feel they went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer!
