3 Year Asurion Floorcare Extended Protection Plan ($175-199.99) I bought a robot vacuum cleaner and purchased this warranty for it. The device malfunctioned after a few months. I went online to file a claim with asurion, but at the end of the application, it said that I had to chat with someone the get more information. I chatted with a person called Che on 9/23/2017 and in the end that person said that I will need to talk to them on the phone. I talked to someone who told me that I should expect someone to call me within two days to instruct me on how to send the product for repair or return, and he told me to "keep my lines open." No one called me. On 10/21/17, I went online again to file a claim, and at the end of filing the claim I had to chat with someone again. This time I chatted with a rude person (Noemi). I insisted on getting any information from her that proves that I filed a claim, but she refused. She said that the claim won't be officially filed until someone calls you. Today, a month passed and no one called me. I have a copy of both transcript mentioned above for anyone who cares.
