This thing is flimsy, even when adjusted to the smallest, sturdiest size. It wobbles back and forth while turning, so much that I had to make something to steady the upper level in two places. The storage of the platforms could have fit twice as many bottles, but it's too small by about a quarter of an inch. It's a great concept, but a terrible execution.
