First the good: the table was prettier than I expected. Even my husband was impressed. The bad: it comes in three pieces that are supposed to thread together. We put the bottom two pieces together but we couldn't screw the top on because it was missing threads. Oops? So we got in touch with the company and they wouldn't do anything without photos of the defective pieces. Sure. So we sent them that and then total silence. Eventually Amazon just refunded our money (5 stars for Amazon!) So now we have this broken table that we need to give away. Another note. The table comes in a box that says made in India and no one was able to confirm that the table was definitely made of aluminum. The base felt like it was really heavy to be aluminum. We had planned to put this in my 3 yr old daughter's room but I was concerned that it may have had other metals in it so I don't know that I'd be comfortable having it around kids. If you're an adult and you're not licking it, I wouldn't worry. But just a heads up in case you have kids.
