Communication with your purchasers
The manufacturer Thanes is not standing behind this product.It leaks at the connection between the mop and handle.No communication on how we can resolve the issue.I have used there products in the past..loved them.This is why I purchased a replacement that sadly is not working.This was not inexpensive.No one is helping me to resolve this issue. Very disappointed
