Amazon has teamed up with Syncrony Bank for this card which is really a scam. I did not receive a statement in my email or USP from this bank since I received the card. Consequently they have tacked on a $25 late fee three times and refused to waive it. I cancelled the card and will rely on the Amazon Chase Card. Always reliable. Don’t make the mistake of signing up for a Amazon Store Prime Store Card. When I spoke with them I could not understand what they were saying as she was in Bangladesh or India. I have a slight hearing impairment so I got nowhere with them. She did not have a supervisor (so she told me) and was very rude to me. She was able to rattle off my checking account number I had provided for automatic monthly payments but did not use it for the payments. I paid the balance and closed my account. I’ve been a Prime Customer for almost fifteen years and this is how they treat their customers.
