Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My 7-yr old was the happiest girl on the planet the last 3 months when she was able to ride her new electric scooter. It was her most precious possession and she took such great care of it. Never in the rain or wet streets, always inside after a ride, did not allow others to ride on it. And then it broke .. she is devastated. I just read all the 1* reviews and see she is not the only one but I also see that it will not help to call the company and ask for a replacement scooter. Which breaks my heart. If only it had broken down in the first month, I could have returned it to Amazon and order one that hopefully would fall in the 95% bucket of happy customers. My little girl is just crying and crying ..
