Edit: I need to change my review based on multiple recent dealings with this company. I have to echo numerous other reviewers that Julian Bakery customer service does not exist and they refuse to communicate with you. Please be cautioned to not ever order other products from this company over their direct website, or you will undoubtedly be scammed. They are located in San Diego, CA and the BBB says they have 1 employee besides the two owners, that's correct, "1 employee", but they are attempting to hire some more? Further, their BBB rating is an "F", so it is just not Amazon reviewers. Now ordering Paleo wraps with Amazon Prime shoud be just fine since shipment is fullfiled and covered by Amazon, however given the reputation, horrific complaints and lack of employees, one has to wonder about the products themselves, on should suggest staying away from this company I do enjoy these wraps, they are indeed versatile, healthy and tasty, especially when toasted. However, one shipment that I was delivered, the wraps were over 8 months old, and while not expired at time of receipt, they were outdated within about one week of receipt. For those that love these wraps, there are identical options online such as "The Pure Wraps" for less price, these Paleo Wraps are unusually expensive. Given all the complaints, it would be nice to see Amazon consider dropping their product line until their staffing, shipping and customer service problems are brought under control.
