I was excited to get this to give to a younger relative for their birthday. Well, I wish I would of done my homework first. Fast forward: This is a novelty. You are leasing the property from the owners of the product. That's it. Reading the fine print tells you that they can do what they want with the property at any time, including breaking the contract and taking the land back. They mention that you have access to the land. They can revoke this access at anytime and build what they want on the land it seems. The item presentation in person is cheap. There was no attempt to even pretend that this was legit land sale. It says that its a novelty right on the packaging. Dont expect to call yourself Lorde, Lady, Squiress or anything else. Might as well call yourself Captain America. To a younger person, the gimmick might be cool. I wouldn't want to give this to an adult unless they are ok with this just being a slightly amusing gift.
