This rating is not about the quality of the product. The rating is because of the false advertisement. The product description says its dimension is 13 x 11 inches, but the clock I received is only 8.5 x 8 inches. It seems that the product description is based on the dimension of the package instead of the product itself. This is very misleading and annoying, and I decided to return the product. Later on I checked the Q&A section of this product. There it mentioned the true dimension. I don't understand why can't they just update the product information with the real product dimension.
