Sorry to agree but...
I notice that some people have a problem with reviewers commenting on the Kindle price for this book and others. Turns out that this is the only real forum for readers and fans to let the author and his publisher to know how much we despise this practice. There is no legitimate justification for charging prices for e-books that are higher than physical book prices. None. I won't bother to reiterate all of the costs involved in printing, assembling, and distributing a traditional book--it's all been said before. This is about pure greed and the inability (or unwillingness) of the publishers to alter their business models to treat their loyal customers fairly and incent them to buy more books rather than hesitating each time they look for a new read. Personally, I simple pass on the over priced new releases and either read something older by the author or find someone new to read. If we collectively keep sending the message AND acting accordingly, perhaps the publishers will eventually start treating us like customers they appreciate.
