I don't even know where to start with this review, other than DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. I bought this vacuum on Prime Day and had fairly low expectations of it vacuuming carpet (due to reviews I had read) but was excited for it to combat the dog hair on my hardwood floors. Let's see.... where to begin: It gets stuck on EVERYTHING. Dog beds, entry way rugs, can't climb up a 1/2" lip into my kitchen, it isn't smart enough to sensor when it is near stairs thus it'll fall down them easily, it somehow got stuck on my curtains.... which barely touch the floor (still don't know how that one's possible), and then sometimes it simply won't enter rooms when there is a clear pathway - even with me controlling it on the remote that comes with it. Like I said, I didn't have huge expectations for this vacuum to spotlessly clean my house or my area rugs. I just wanted it to vacuum the dog hair on my hardwood floors. Yet each day when I came home it was like let's play the game of "where did the robot vacuum get stuck and die at today." I am a minimalist and don't have much for it to get stuck on but it ALWAYS seemed to find a way EVERY DAY. I suppose if you have an empty house, with level floors everywhere, no furniture, no cords, or rugs... then this might be worth your time. Total rip off and I have sent mine back.
