This is my third pair of Plantronics. I was excited to have the completely wireless even if I had to give up some play time. I wear mine at work most of the time. Very comfortable, sound is great. Not sure why others are banging the sound. The only real problem is that the non-primary earbud cuts out. Even if you switch primary the issue switches to the other earbud. It's either a design flaw or a firmware issue. I've contacted Plantronics and they are working with me but as of right now it is still happening. Unfortunately, if they can't fix it I'm sending them back. I really want to have these but it drives me nuts. If it gets fixed I'll update and change the rating. Hold off on the purchase for now.
