The thermometer worked great. It came with instructions and an offer from ThermoPro saying that if I wrote a review and shared it on Instagram that they would send me a free thermometer. I wrote the review and then they told me I needed to leave another review on a different link. I did that the same day then they told me I had to post a picture. I did that, now It's been over a month and they are no longer answering my messages. I 've been very patient and I just wanted communication as to what is going on but they ghosted me. Based on this experience alone, I leave one star. It's unfortunate because I was going to buy several thermometers for my kitchen crew.
