Although I've been purchasing this product for over a year now, this is my first review. Why? Because this latest shipment was absolutely disgusting! In the past, every can was full and the strawberries were bright red and evenly sliced. They were crisp and fresh tasting. Sweet and tangy. This latest can I received, marked March 2019, contained brownish unevenly sliced berries. They had no strawberry smell at all. I was hesitant to even taste one, but I did. It was slightly chewy, not crisp and light as it should be. It was sour. No strawberry taste to speak of, just sour. I am returning it for a full refund. What happened Auguson ? Serious decline in quality. Until you prove you've got it together, I will be purchasing my strawberries locally from a reliable retailer that carries an in house brand.
