Bought back in Feb. of this year. Was ELATED with it for 2 months. Cleans beautifully but and it's a big but it leaks. The soap container leaks terribly making me believe I was using a lot of cleaner. I called they said it needed the cap part but they were out of them at the time (should have known then). Then, the bottom starting leaking out dirty liquid that I had cleaned up off the floor. Thought I got a lemon called customer service, could not understand person I conversed with but he led me to believe this was common. They sent me another machine. Ok, 3 months later same thing happened to it! Called them again, they said they sent the 2nd machine so we could interchange the parts. We did, both still leaks. So third call, guess what another machine arrives. I have always bought Bissell products, carpet cleaner, vacuums, etc. but after this ordeal I am done with Bissell. Loved this product it cleaned beautifully, but it just plain leaks. I recommended to my friends when I first got it, I just hope none of them bought one.....
