Update edited version of my first review. Dropped from 3 to 1 star. Should be 0-stars. Mix of good and bad. And the bad is really bad. On the positive side: great suction. It empties easily. It is light and pretty easy to maneuver. On the negative side: It just stopped working in about 30-days. No sounds, no smoke, no indication that something was wrong. It simply refused to turn on. The vacuum bin was empty, the brush unit free of hair or thread or anything stopping the brush roller. Nothing. It just stopped working. Called Eureka and their response was for me to drive almost 50 miles to have it looked at by a Eureka repair center and "may be" they'd do a warranty repair. My solution: call Amazon. And what a GREAT company they are!! They immediately handled the problem in a friendly, professional and supportive manner. I must admit, Amazon continues to give me reason to buy everything from them! Now, if only they sold cars!
