UGH!! Mine is shedding all over the place! Even right out of the box, balls of the blanket lint are sticking to everything! I followed the wash care instructions, to see if that would help remove some of lint and tighten it up loose stitching, but that seems to have made it even worse. I have never seen a piece of material pill and shed this intensely, super cheap material was used on this so I can see why it's falling apart. I've been through numerous lint rollers trying to clean up the mess it's left behind on anything it was washed with, or the "gifts" it leaves around the house. The lint fluff mess is like rabbit poo you just keep on finding it everywhere you look. They are like herpes, the gift that keeps on giving. I liked the company's mission and the blanket design which was why I went with this blanket in the first place. The price was even on point. I guess you get what you pay for. Mine does not look as good as the photos. Maybe I got one from a bad batch? I can't even use it since it makes a mess that just won't quit. The fabric pattern isn't also solid colors, by that I mean since they used upcycled fabrics / 100% recycled fabric fibers, instead of the striped patterns being solid colors, mine has all these dots and specks of colors woven throughout, reminiscent of christmas tree lights or polka dots with all sorts of colors. Going by the product photos it should have been black, white, and grey and I didn't expect the product to have been all spotted like this either. Due to the quality, the mess, and the spots of color, it makes it come off as deceiving product that's super cheap and terrible quality. I am unfortunately quite disappointed.
