I bought these tumblers because I like the ones made by Tervis, but these looked similar and were a little bit less expensive. When I got them I noticed that even though these were being sold by a company called "Boston Warehouse," they were actually made in China and were a cheaply made copy of Tervis Tumblers. A little bit after 30 days one of the tumblers separated into two pieces and I could not get it back together. It was just barely too late for me to return them to the retailer, so I called the manufacturer. They were very difficult to locate, and when I did find them they were extremely rude and would not help me. Soon after, the other three "Boston Warehouse" tumblers I had purchased either cracked for no reason, started to leak, or separated. I had never put them in the dishwasher, only washed them by hand, never used them for hot liquids, and always treated them gently and according to instructions. I wish I would have spent a little bit more money and instead bought the TERVIS tumblers, since they would have saved me money in the long run. They are made in USA and have a lifetime warranty, and are definitely worth the money. I do not recommend that anyone should buy tumblers made by "Boston Warehouse".
