Meant to update this a long time ago but totally slipped my mind. Amazon customer service was excellent at handling my complaint about the broken pieces and the miss drilled holes. They couldn't replace the parts but were able to provide compensation for the inconvenience. This was a Christmas gift for my fiance. The tower itself it great! Very sturdy for both pull-ups and dips, and the push-up handles are a nice touch. However, we ran into some problems during assembly. The main problem was some of the screws for the base didn't fit in the holes properly making next to impossible to tighten the nuts on the screws. We were able to get them tightened with some clever improvising, but it made set up time almost an extra hour long. The next problem we ran into involved the plastic caps to the back rest support and the pull-up bar covers. Upon opening the packages holding these items, the cap to the back rest support was completely shattered and one of the pull-up bar caps was chipped in a spot. I've attached some pictures of these in hopes we can get them replaced. There is also a dent in one of the arms that hold the pull-up bar. Since we were able to get the tower assembled and it is functional, we will still use it. However we are going to seek at least some replacement parts, if not also an account credit or gift card.
