Very disappointed with this product , as a huge fan of Bose , I was looking forward to get the new Bluetooth technology headset, first impression was great , superb quality, super sound , and solid Bluetooth connection with my iPhone, it was holding fine on my ears , even as tends to move to the right due to the mic and volume setting , but , after 5 days of usage , the problems showed up , it's barely imposible to keep it in the ears when running for more than 12m , I tried all the different sizes , but yet the left goes off all the time , and , this is the worse part , after 30-40 of usage , the left one starts to make a "crispy" sound , like when you were manually tuning one of the old FM radios , that annoying sound it does not stop , not even when I turn it off !!!., the thing keeps on going for hours . I just read some other reviews, and it seems it's a common issue , if you sweat it will moisture inside the headphones and generate an anoying static noise that last for hours , even after you turn it off, also when running the headset gets off your ear no matter which size you take . This is not a device for sports , it will work fine for watching a movie but not for a long workout ,very disappointed with Bose, it really looks like they put out in the market a product under developed and just because all the other major manufacturers already have great wireless sport headphones . A huge failure for all Bose fans, I just wonder if the other new wireless noise cancellation headphone has similar issues. For the time being I strongly recommend to either buy anyother one or wait till Bose fixes these issues , cause as for today , is a waste of money . Really disappointed , I looks the headset is not 100% developed . I just hope any rep from Bose is reading this and provides a solution.
