Listen folks. Marnie the other reviewer said exactly what I am about to say.... these headphones cut your voice out and people can't hear you. Let me give you some background on me. I've been buying LG Tone's since their very first model. I've learned the ins and outs. Clips breaking on the original model and calling LG for replacements, I've been there. Original model also allowed for the furthest phone to headset range I've ever seen, other veterans of these headphones know the next generations didn't cut it. I am an IT professional and a program manager. I run a virtual team of 70 people, thus, I am on the phone all day and I need a reliable headset. These headphones are by far the best in worksmanship quality e.g. lightest weight, the retractable system is better than the HBS 900, the battery did seem to last longer from my short lived experience, the neck band is way more flexible (my last HBS 900 broke at the neck at the junction, 910 doesn't have that junction). The 1 STAR issue is the fact that people would say "i was hearing you ok, now it sounds like you are in a tunnel or really far away." Lets be clear, I bought two sets of these in the last two weeks, and connected them and used them both on an iPhone and Android (Galaxy S7 edge). Had the same problem with both 910 headsets on both phones. I called LG, they literally know me by name because their system has caller ID and again I've had many many many preceding models and always get replacements or parts. They had me do a reset to the device, but it made no difference and the tunnel/fading problem didn't resolve. Look, I wanted to love these headphones as LG tones are superior to any other brand (had samsung level u which was good, but not better) and model or knockoff IMO; but, these are just not usable with this problem. It's an intermittent problem and it would happen out of no where when I was sitting and working, not moving. My technical gut feeling says since this never happened with previous models, this new set has a noise cancelling mic that may be working against the voice mic thus negating my vocals. I have returned to the HBS 910 and returned the HBS 900 for the second time.
