whilst these were wonderful for my digestion
Mold allergy.
Just want to warn people that , whilst these were wonderful for my digestion, they triggered hives and pruritis. It took me a long time to work out that this little tablet was triggering my mold allergy as I did not realize that enzymes were made from aspergillus mold.
