We had a Kodak Pulse Frame before this. Very simple. Send the frame address to anyone who wanted to send pictures and that worked. I have 6 siblings who are not tech savvy and the amount of work to get them to be able to do anything is ridiculous. I have yet to get one person working. Support site is crap, (Chat does not work). The email you get to approve doesn't send you to an approval page, just a page full of ads with no instruction. Just because you can add a bunch of features doesn't mean you should. Stay away from this unless you are willing to guess at all the BS you have to go through to get it to work.
