After about 3 months, 1) the lift support started to not hold its height. This means that after an hour of sitting in the chair, you eventually are sitting at its lowest position. 2) The chair slopes slightly down in the front. This means that you are constantly sitting at a downward angle. I suspect that all these "gaming chairs" are made in the same factory with the same components. My son's gaming chair (which was cheaper and has lasted longer) looks identical to this one except for some of the stitch patterns. ==Update== After my poor review, I was contacted by a mystery GMAIL account requesting that if I delete my review, they would send me gift cards. Sounded either 1) unethical or 2) the beginning of some kind of gift card scam. If you are so unprofessional that you cant either provide a new product or areal email domain, its not a company to deal with.
