The roller flattened out after two months and no longer rolls smoothly. It was used almost daily for a few to several minutes. User weighs approximately 200 pounds and rolled only the lower body. It was great during the first 6 weeks then rapidly deteriorated. I'm currently waiting for seller's reply regarding refund or exchange. Hopefully this is abnormal and a replacement will hold up to intended use. UPDATE - after a positive initial response to my inquiry about resolving the issues mentioned above the seller has failed to reply and actually resolve the issue. The photos it requested were provided and it has not replied for weeks since. A follow up E-mail was also not replied to. Unfortunately this low quality product was supplemented with equally poor customer service.
