Had this delivered 05/11, boyfriend took it to work everyday after 7x/wk working as a mill wright... enough food for a 12-14 hr shift but nothing too heavy. Yesterday, when he picked it up walking to the car, the metal bar that holds the strap in place broke and fell off the cooler. The lining is hard plastic and the inside is foam. It can't be replaced because the plastic is torn and the foam is exposed. Bummer it only last a month, he really loved it. With the cooler packs it kept everything cold all day. Maybe if it was used very lightly and not often, it would last longer.
