Unfortunately Terro has gone from First to Worst
Terro has changed their formula. I've been using their product for years. It was the gold standard. Ants were attracted to it like ice cream. My wife ordered some Terro from Amazon, and I thought I must have received a bootlegged batch. Over the years, ants would be killed in hours, they just flocked to this stuff and drank it. I have small black ants, and put multiple squares out with drops of Terro on it. They walk around it, walk over it, one or two might stop to investigate, but it's not the same. I went to Home Depot to buy a second batch and had the same disappointing result. What I noticed is the viscosity is different. It's not as liquid as it used to be and if you leave it out for a while (a couple of hours), the ants will actually walk over this stuff- it's too thick. Talk to me a year ago and I would have given this a rave review, but something is different in this formula.
