This is a total rip-off. I didn't want their useless instant ink program, but they make the installation process seemingly impossible to complete unless you sign up for that. Since they advertise that you can "cancel at any time" that was exactly what I intended to do once I had the printer set up. Big mistake. As soon as I cancelled their program, they somehow managed to block my ability to print at all, and I was left with a big ugly paperweight sitting on my desk. Fortunately my trusty old Canon printer was still sitting in the garage, and is now happily back in service. I will NEVER use any of Hewlett Packard's products again....EVER.
