This product lists all of the fluoridated compounds that it doesn't contain, implying that the product is free of fluoridated compounds. This is not true, and if you are like me, and not up to date on all of the acronyms for fluoridated compounds you are led to believe that it is free of them. This is teflon. The same coating that all of us are trying to avoid, but Ozeri lists all of the other compounds that it doesn't contain to confuse you into believing that it does not contain any of them. However, because they don't specifically say that it is PTFE free, it's not legally false advertising. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT FLUORIDATED COATINGS. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.
