If the location based feature is a high selling point for you then you may want to re-evaluate your purchase. The ZUS charger can only remember the car's location where you parked last. Once your car is moving: borrowed by a friend/family member or stolen it will lose track of where your car is since the charger and your cell phone has to pair themselves (automatically) within a certain distance every time the engine turns on/off. If you enter a location with no data/GPS signal and/or park in a multi-structured parking lot such as a mall, garage or airport you'll get a prompt from the app that it is unable to locate you and suggest you take a picture to remember where you parked. When the GPS locator does work such as in a residential area or shopping plaza it works flawlessly as you able to find your location no problem with the compass always directing you to the right location. Love how the USB ports on the charger is angled (instead of up front) and are back lit for ease of use. Charging is pretty quick, I was able to charge my Nexus 5 battery from 44-80% during a 30-40min commute. If you ever own a qualcomm fast wall charger you'll notice a similar speed. The US Military Grade materials are a good feature to have, but I don't think my car will be bombed anytime soon or will I be trying to cause any physical damage to the device I like how the charger doesn't get hot to the touch like other car chargers I've used in the past despite its fast charging speed.
