I am an engineer / inventor / maker constantly cutting and trimming bits of neoprene, felt, metal foil, foam, spandex, PTFE et cetera and was likewise constantly unsatisfied with the standard scissors available. They wouldn't cut well near the tips and some very thin lubricious materials didn't cut well at all. Spent nearly an hour sorting through the myriad choices on Amazon and decided that Livingo's Titanium-coated stainless steel blades were probably well suited to the arduous requirements my lab presents. In the short time I've had them I have had the opportunity to trim a length of 8-mil Copper tape, a 15-mil sheet of Neoprene, a 200-mil sheet of open cell foam and sadly, as the picture shows, a favorite pair of work pants with equal precision. Happy to report that Livingo lives up to or surpasses my expectations. Thin or thick, soft or hard, so far I've gotten clean straight edges. But remember: Never run with scissors and also use caution when sitting with scissors.
