Wow! I am super impressed with this portable monitor. I was reluctant to spend the extra dollars as there are some that are cheaper but I'm glad I did. I originally purchased this as a portable monitor for a "STEM/Maker" kit when I go out to schools to demo different items. It works great with the several Raspberry Pis I have as this was the first planned use. I love that it not only has speakers but it also has a physical volume control level as most of the time you have to go into the menu to change volume on built-in speakers. It works great as a power source for the Raspberry Pi 4 with a USB C connector. This is great as I only need one power outlet for the whole system. I really only have one complaint and a possible suggestion... my complaint is the HDMI interface. I don't like having several adapters and/or different HDMI cables to connect everything. I'd prefer something a little cleaner. With that said, this is not a complaint of the monitor at all but more of the 3 different options for HDMI that are out there. A suggestion might be to include a battery right into the system so it can be truly portable. Not sure how that would work or if it would be feasible but as I have been playing around with it, seemed that would be a good option not only for portability but just power failure protection. All in all, this is a superb portable monitor and I would definitely purchase another. I just may here soon since there are two HDMI outs on the new Raspberry Pi 4! How cool would that be?!? I also look forward to trying this out as a second monitor on my Macbook Pro as well as using it as a mirror display on my iPad for different meetings and such.
