Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Based on all the disappointing reviews...I took a chance. I am a fan of Sonic's ice but I live miles away from the nearest one. I was hesitant to spend 500$ on something that would most likely fail or have some type of issue months down the line but when you are addicted to the soft chew of bite sized ice cubes...you fall victim. I've only had it for a few weeks now and I am in love especially since I can program it to turn on in the morning and fill my contigo mugs full before heading to work! I check it everyday, clean it every week, and only use distilled water -just praying I'm the one that makes this "Slice of Heaven" last forever! So far all is good. The only thing that burns my feathers is that it went on sale a few weeks after I purchased it....dag-nabbit...If I had waited 2 weeks I could have saved 50 bucks.... arrrgggggghhh Update as of 11/13/2021- she's still running, still awesome-same routine (distilled water only, weekly cleanings).
