I will update this review in a month, I just received it yesterday (1/5/20). It was easy to setup. You just need to go slowly, make sure you follow instructions exactly (read tips!), make sure you understand what the direction is telling you, and do it as it instructs. I put it together by myself in about 1.5 hours. I'm a thin, female, and aside for a couple of times where I had to get a little creative using my thighs to hold something in place, it was fairly easy. Tried it out after assembly and it works GREAT! Please be wary of negative reviews that say it's impossible to understand the directions, that it's very difficult to put together, that the moving arms are too close to the machine and you can't use them properly. I attribute all of that to user error, and setting the machine up improperly. I set it up exactly as the instruction says, by myself, and there is zero issues with this machine. I will review this machine again in 30 days, but so far I highly recommend the Schwinn 430 Elliptical! ***So it's well after 30 days, (11/26/2021), and I still love this elliptical!! I highly recommend it!
