So yummy! They taste just like regular gummy bears.I do love the 12 different flavors.I am able to find these locally sometimes,but these that I received from Amazon were cheaper and they taste very fresh..It's currently June 5,2018 and the best by date on the package is November,2019 So,that's plenty of time to eat up 12 bags. These taste good,but They are also an 'emergency poop' product.I can't say how your body would handle them,but I wouldn't eat more than 5 lil bears the first time...My safe amount is 8. I would not give these to children,unless I wanted them to crap themselves,so be safe when you aren't aware how different sugar alcohols work in your body. ETA: Its now April 2019,I have a few bags left and they are still fresh.Even after I open a bag and secure it with a rubber band,they stay fresh which is awesome! My safe amount is still 8,if I use them as a 'quick laxative' I take 12 before bed on an empty stomach,then drink hot coffee or tea upon waking..that works EVERY time. Please be responsible,I'm sure that is not the intention for this product,but if you have chronic constipation,at times,then you understand that we must do what works for us.
