Much better than expected
These pans cook/heat differently than traditional non-stick pans. One must learn the quirks. They cook at a much lower temperature than non-stick pans. Once you learn that, they are great pans. I even burned something in one and was able to clean it without a problem. I would definitely buy this set for gifts for my loved ones.
