These are 1" chlorine tablets for chlorinating a pool. They have nothing to do with the Kaboom product, they are not even a cheap knockoff. The tablets this guy is selling are not made to clean a toilet bowl, they are made to chlorinate a multi thousand gallon pool, which is why using these tablets makes your little bathroom smell like the aquatic center at the Y. I got this product and after a few minutes, when I flushed the toilet, the bathroom and soon my bedroom filled with an eye and nose burning chlorine stench. It didnt take long before the chrome paint on the flush buttons to turn green and corrode off (see first pic) and it completely turned the tablet holder from purple to a whitish clear after just over a month of use (second pic). After looking up reviews to see what the h*** was going on with this product, I soon realized that these are clearly not what they are advertised as. Sure the tablets this guy is selling are far cheaper than the real thing from Kaboom, but here's the real kick in the jimmies: you can buy this product -Kem-Tek 177 1-Inch Chlorinating Tablets for Pool and Spa, 4-Pound- for $23 on Amazon and get 137 tablets AND a plastic bottle to keep them in for much cheaper per piece than this guy selling you 8 of them in a sandwich bag. BTW the cost break down of 8 tablets from Kem Tek would cost you $1.34. Still feel like your getting a deal on this item?
