The first brewer I was sent worked well for four or five days. The it got stuck on the Clean cycle and would not brew a complete pot of coffee. I would have to power off and hit Brew again five or six times to get it to make a whole pot. So Amazon sent me another. Same thing. After that I had them send me a different brand. Crappy brewer, great Amazon customer service.
