This bike is a huge disappointment. For weeks after purchasing the bike they gave me no response to emails asking for estimated delivery times. Then when they finally get the bike I find out that there is virtually nothing you can do with the bike without paying for their subscription...this includes stats. Then I research the app and how it works to find many that pay for subscriptions point out that the app crashing constantly (it crashed for me multiple times in the first hour I had the bike), and they do have many options for live classes. I want to return the bike, but while they stress 30 day money back guarantee, they don't stress that (a) you have to package everything in the original materials and pay for shipping it back to them. Oh, and while they highlight that they use "lightweight materials" I think that must be in comparison to lead because the bike is incredibly heavy.
