Pedal already stripped out of the left side arm, felt like i was going over a bump before it fell to the floor ending my workout only 20 minuted in. I got down to screw it back in but no way, metal shavings and not going to work. Then you try to call to make a claim with the warranty you got to protect your expensive new equipment and it's a joke! I've been put into the "Hold your Place" phone system, they called me back and told me I needed the parts department, right back on hold another 10 minutes before I gave up. Went online to the website to file the claim praying the online help would be better. Still no response end of day. I have had this less than a month... update! Manufacturer read online review, contacted me and now in process of resolving issue. so its been over a month and I'm still waiting on them to send me parts needed to repair the machine. I got ripped off and I wish I never bought this in the first place. ICON is close by to where I live, maybe I can drop it off and get a refund. What a sad joke this is.
