I ordered this brand new 6 months ago and it just failed over night while in the middle of editing a project for a client. I have lost 6 months of work on a 6 month old hard drive. I have thousands of dollars worth of project I now have to refund because a hard drive, that I paid way more for because of its durability and longevity, is now just as useful as any other orange paperweight. I thought I found a company that built a good reliable product, but damn was I wrong. Customer service has left me with no response for 48 hours, not one reply. I now have to spend upwards of $1,500 to pay a company to surgically attempt to recover the data. And yes, I said $1,500 to ATTEMPT to save my data. I want a full refund for this “Rugged” piece of garbage. Wish me luck when I tell around a dozen brides they no longer get to relive their special day.
