I bought this because my old jug was leaking around the edge of the filter, and after a couple months this one is leaking just as much. Basically I fill up the top and watch water cascade *around* the filter, making this whole set up nigh useless. If I dry the filter and top, and cram the filter down hard, I seem to get maybe 30% of the water through the filter. Brita has a major design flaw and it's negating any value their filters might provide.
