Awful new process
This new reload process is very opaque and much less user friendly than the previous process. I'm pretty sure Amazon changed the gift balance reload method to make it harder for folks to figure out how to get the 2% back. This new process has at least 4 additional clicks in it. Why else would they make this harder?
