Absolutely HORRIBLE product. I can't even believe this product is as expensive as it is. For this price, you would think it would work FLAWLESSLY. This has been the hardest time I've ever had trying to print labels in my life and customer support did absolutely nothing to help! I'm actually super disappointed in this product and this company. The very first time I used this product, through stamps.com to print labels, it did not recognize that any paper was in there and when I finally got it to recognize paper (after wasting 2 labels) it would print the sample and them when I print the actual label, it doesn't print all the way and then feeds through 2-4 EMPTY labels and then says there is no paper in there again when there clearly is. I literally wasted a WHOLE roll of labels and only successfully printed NINE labels!!!! What a waste of postage through stamps.com as well!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this product to anyone. When I called Dymo for help she said I had to buy another roll of labels for her to troubleshoot it! 1) why would i buy a WHOLE other roll of paper when this machine ate up my whole first roll for 9 labels??????? and 2) why would i buy a WHOLE other roll if I might not even want this horrible product. This is seriously just unacceptable. I'm very disappointed.
