Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So I bought this for my Husband as a Christmas gift. He read all the instructions and even watched YouTube videos to make sure he knew how to operate the drone. First time out it went up the unit stopped responding To the controller and took off. The device is supposed to return home with low battery or out of range .. it’s obviously defective My husband searched for a couple of hours he couldn’t find it. I would like the company to either reimburse me for this unit or replace it with a unit that lives up to the drones capabilities. If you read the reviews there are others who have the same issue. Please help!
